		<description>Yeah, macarons do have a temper of their own. Depending on humidity, how &#039;dry&#039; your egg whites are and how much you handle them, they can turn out very differently. I had my fair share of UFOs though they taste just as great as the good looking ones... use them in ice creams or break them up to stuff poached/baked fruits:)</description>
