I have many hobbies – jewelry making, airplane modeling, aquaculture, sewing, but I’m trying to be master of one – baking!

It helps that I have a sweet tooth and the act of mixing things up and creating something visually artistic yet practical appeals very much to me.

This blog started as a memory store for my adventures in patisserie school. I hope I can continue to create better designs and flavors and I invite you to walk with me:)
